For in-person coaches going online · The Founding 10

You're already a great coach. You're just trading time for money.

I'll build the machine that turns your attention into paying clients, on the platform that runs the coaching too. You keep coaching. It does the asking.

Free setup for the first 10 coaches. And not a dollar until it lands you a client, then $59/month.

The gap

The half nobody builds for you.

You've probably already paid for at least one of these. Here's why none of them got you a single client:

The course
Taught you how to "go online," then left you to DM 100 strangers a day. You paid $997 to be handed a script.
The agency
$3,000 a month to run ads and make big promises. They never learned what a coach actually sells.
Trainerize / TrueCoach
Run the clients you already have, nickel-and-dime you for every add-on, and lock your data in. They never got you a single client.

Every one of them sells you a piece. Not one builds the machine that actually gets you clients: the page, the offer, the follow-up, the booking. That's the only half that matters, and it's the half I build, by hand, on a platform you own.

And no, I'm not another one of these. Gurus sell you a plan and vanish. I tell you what'll work, then build it myself. You can click the proof below.

The real problem

You already know how to get results. That was never the problem.

You're great in the room. But your income is stuck to the hours you can physically be in it.

And you've tried the online thing. You post, you spun up a Calendly, you started an email list. But the posts get forty views, the calendar stays empty, and it all feels like shouting into the void.

The best online lead you ever got? A client who moved away and asked if you coach remotely, and you didn't really have an answer.

01
You're capped.

Every dollar you earn costs an hour you can't get back. One-to-one and in person, your income has a hard ceiling.

02
You're invisible.

Months of posting for forty views and an empty inbox. Not because your content's bad, but because there's no path from "saw your post" to "paying you every month."

03
You're the duct tape.

A Calendly, a Mailchimp, programs in Sheets and DMs. It works at three clients. By eight, you're spending more time holding it together than coaching.

What this is

Not a course. Not an agency. Not another app. I map it and build it.

Here's the honest version. I'm not a marketing guru with a program to sell, and I'm not a freelancer waiting for you to hand me a spec.

I'm the person who works out how you go online: your niche, your offer, what to charge, the whole strategy. Then I build the machine to run it. You bring the coaching. That's your expertise, and I won't touch it. Going online is mine.

Most people who can tell you what to do can't build it; most who can build it have no idea what a coach should sell. I do both. So rather than ask you to take my word for it, I'll show you: click through what I've built on by.coach and judge the craft yourself.

Why would I do this for free?

Because I need ten real coaches with real results before I charge what this is worth. That's the whole catch.

You get the strategy, the full build (an agency would charge $5,000+ and still just hand you a login), and a platform that makes you look like the pro you are. I get ten stories I can show the next hundred coaches.

It only pays off for me if it actually works for you. You owe me nothing to start.

The system

Runs on your platform

You don't need to become an influencer. You bring the attention you already have: a small Instagram, your past clients, your local network. I'll even hand you the exact posts and templates that point it here.

From there, the system does the asking, the follow-up, and the booking, so you're never the salesy one, and you're not living in your DMs.

Then the same platform runs the coaching: your clients get a real app to train in (not a PDF) with food logging and check-ins that keep them on track and moving up through your programs. You don't just get clients who sign up. You get clients who stay.

Proof

No testimonials yet. So judge the work instead.

Designers prove they can do the job by rebuilding something you recognize, before anyone hires them. I work the same way.

I haven't done this for a hundred coaches yet. That's the whole point of the Founding 10, and you'd be one of the first.

So instead of testimonials I can't honestly show you, here's the work itself: real pages I've built on by.coach. Click through one like a client would: the page, the offer, the booking, the app they'd train in.

On the record

A real build, start to finish: the page, the offer, the emails, the booking. No edits hiding the boring parts.

And the page you're reading right now? Built the same way, by the same hands, on the same platform. If the work's sharp enough to make you look twice, picture it pointed at your business. Then let's talk.

The call

One call. I map your whole online business, out loud, with you.

This isn't a sales call. There's nothing to buy on it, and you decide nothing on the spot. It's the strategy session: I've spent years studying what actually makes coaches money, and in about 45 minutes I'll tell you exactly what I'd do if it were my business.

01
Who you're actually for. Not "anyone who wants to get fit," but the specific person you're the obvious choice for.
02
Why they pick you. Over the cheaper coach, the big-box gym, and the influencer with 100k followers.
03
What to sell, and what to charge. The offer, the price, how the coaching runs, and where I think you're leaving money on the table.
04
The plan: now, next, later. In order, so you're never guessing what to do next.

If we're a fit, we start building it live, before we hang up. If we're not, you leave with the whole plan written down, yours to keep and run, with me or without me. Either way you're an hour better off, and you were never once pitched.

The cost

Here's exactly what it costs. No call required to find out.

$59 / mo

+ a small 2-3% of what you actually sell through it. And you pay $0 until your first paying client comes through it.

That's the entire deal: no setup fee, no retainer, no ad fee, no upsell. I only get paid when you get paid. Read the terms; there's no page 2.

  • The whole platform, not hosting. The workout app, food logging, check-ins, booking: what you'd pay Trainerize or TrueCoach for, plus the client-getting machine they never built.
  • You own all of it. Page, copy, clients, content. Backups and one-click export any time. Leave and take everything with you.
  • I won't vanish and take it with me. Subscription-funded, not investor money to burn. And everything exports, so even if by.coach disappeared tomorrow, your list and clients are still yours.

An agency charges $5,000+ to build a fraction of this, hands you a login, and starts a monthly retainer. The Founding 10 get the whole thing built by hand, free.

Founding 10

Ten. I mean ten.

I build each one myself, and it's 2-3 weeks of my hands per coach, so ten at a time is the honest limit. This isn't a countdown-timer gimmick; it's just how many I can do properly before the quality slips.

The first ten pay nothing until the machine we build lands them a paying client, then $59 a month to run it. I need real results before I can charge what this is worth. This is the cheapest it'll ever be. Not because a timer says so, but because of where I am right now.

Questions

The things you're right to ask.

It's for you if
  • You're a great in-person coach, booked up, and done trading hours for money.
  • You've got some attention to point the system at: a small following, past clients, a local network. You don't need to be famous.
  • You want to coach 1:1 online, and you'd rather coach than "do marketing."
It's not for you (yet) if
  • You're starting from scratch: no clients, no audience, no reach. I convert attention; I can't create it. I'd just be taking your money.
  • You want to be an influencer more than you want clients.
  • You want someone to run your content. That stays yours. I'll show you how, but I won't do it.
Isn't content the hard part, and you're not doing it?
You're right that content is the one thing I can't do for you: it's your face, your voice. But it's also the part people paralyze themselves over. I'll tell you the few things actually worth posting and hand you templates tied to your offer, so "what do I even post?" has an answer. You bring the attention; I build everything that turns it into booked clients.
I'm respected in person, but online I'm a nobody. Why would anyone pick me?
Fair. In-person reputation doesn't transfer automatically; online, you're starting fresh against a thousand Instagram trainers. That's exactly the part I build: a presence that makes you look like the pro you already are from day one. A real page, your results and story, a clear offer. You bring the reputation; I make it obvious online.
You're not a coach, so how would you know what to build for me?
I'm not going near your coaching. You're the expert there. My expertise is the business around it: what makes someone pick one coach and pay. On the call you'll see I've actually listened: the plan is specific to you, not a template with your logo dropped on it.
What's the real catch? Nobody builds this for free.
The catch is I need ten real coaches with real results before I charge what this is worth, and you'd be the proof I show the next hundred. No $5k program at the end of the call, no upsell. You pay $59/month to run it, starting only when your first paying client comes through it, plus a small 2-3% of what you sell. Until it works, you pay nothing. There's no page 2.
Do I own my stuff? What if I leave?
All of it's yours: page, copy, clients, content. Backups and a one-click export anytime. Leave in month two and you take everything; I'll help you carry it out. No contract, no buy-out fee, no collections letter.
What if you disappear? I've had a platform shut down on me.
Fair. That hit QuickCoach coaches last year. Two answers: this runs on subscriptions, not investor money I have to burn, so it's here as long as you are; and everything exports, so even if it vanished tomorrow, your list and clients are still yours.
How much of my time is this?
One 45-minute call to map it, plus about an hour handing me your story and photos. Then I build it and send you a draft. It's not weeks of homework. You're booked solid, I get it.
Is this a pitch in disguise?
No. Nothing to buy on the call, and you decide nothing on it. If we're a fit, I build. If not, you keep the plan. I only make money later, if your business actually runs, so wasting your hour helps neither of us.
Who even are you?
Dragos Iatan. Not a coaches' coach, no course to sell. I built this whole platform, and I've spent years studying what actually makes coaches money online. I'd rather prove both by building it for ten real coaches than talk about it. Click one of the examples up top. That's my résumé.
